The Yogi Medic program is focused on building functional strength, releasing muscle tension, teaching anxiety management tools and creating a general sense of wellness and peace through present moment awareness.
Experience an authentic yoga practice that combines traditional breath work practices, philosophy and posture with creative sequencing and musical accompaniment to enhance the sensory experience of yoga.
Lucianna is an expert at offering different options so that each student can adapt the practice to the design of their body. You can turn the volume up or down on the intensity level of the class at any time.

Tuesday night is a more active practice that builds to an apex posture. Modifications always given to adapt the practice to all levels and to increase or decrease intensity to student preference.

Flow & Stretch
Thursday Yoga style is some as Tuesday with a little longer stretch sesh to close out the class.
Online Yoga
The Yogi Medic Online is a virtual yoga studio filled with a variety of classes that you can practice along to at home. The classes vary from 15 minutes to 60 minutes. You can purchase access to a single class for 90 days or have full access to over 50 different classes for a monthly subscription.

Intention & Purpose
Becoming a Paramedic and serving Kings County has been a wild and rewarding turn of events that I didn't see coming but welcome whole heartedly. I am a blessed individual to be on my second career and to have found yet another way to make a living doing what I love. What it comes down to, is that I find great fulfillment in taking care of others, an endless fascination with the human body and how it can heal and an interest in the human mind and all it's possibilities. Both of my jobs...the yogi and the medic get a front row seat to all aspects of the human body, mind and soul and I love that. My work and purpose are the same. My intention is to take care of people, help when I can, bring calm and comfort and always keep learning about what's possible in the realm of healing, the human mind and body processes. Yoga has always been the framework for how I live and I believe more than ever that yoga is an essential ingredient for better living. Does it solve everything? NO! Of course not...but it sure does help a whole lot when you make it part of your life. Feel better in body, have a calmer mind and check in with self daily. Very very valuable and essential practice that will always be there for you if you let it.
